I've tried changing the compatibility mode of the programs, searching for updates, and posting for help on a forum specializing in Paint Shop Pro/Animation Shop help. I have X, X7 and X8 and none have issues on Win 10. I cant confirm for versions older than 7. PSP functionality can be extended by Photoshop-compatible plugins.
